Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Customer Success and Delivery to drive the adoption and long-term success of our enterprise software solutions. This role is pivotal in transitioning customers from pilot projects to full-scale implementation, ensuring growth and high satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of enterprise software sales with proven expertise in guiding pilots, managing implementation rollouts, and delivering actionable reporting on key success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Software Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to support technical pre-sales discussions and ensure a seamless transition for new enterprise customers.
- Leverage deep technical knowledge of enterprise software architectures, deployment methodologies, and operational requirements to address client needs effectively.
- Articulate the value proposition of the company’s software, including benefits of on-premises deployments, containerized solutions, and cloud-based implementations.
Guiding Pilot Success & Implementation Rollout
- Lead and oversee pilot projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and technical feasibility for full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to configure, test, and optimize software in diverse environments, including self-hosted, hybrid cloud, and Kubernetes-managed infrastructures.
- Act as a technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices for deployment, system integration, and ongoing optimization.
Customer Relationship & Communication
- Ensure customers are fully trained on both functional and technical aspects of the software, empowering them for long-term success.
- Monitor system performance and customer feedback, proactively addressing technical concerns to drive retention and loyalty.
- Effectively position the value proposition of the platform, showing how it helps teams optimize workflows and collaboration.
- Conduct technical demos and presentations, clearly explaining complex features in an engaging way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, customer success, or technical consulting, ideally in DevOps, or IT infrastructure domains.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise software deployments, including on-premises and containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, networking, and security best practices for enterprise IT environments.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience in developing and executing detailed implementation plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools, as well as reporting and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certifications in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Project Management (PMP), or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and enterprise security compliance standards.
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies, particularly in developer tooling, infrastructure software, or cybersecurity.
